The location is REALLY near the tube station! It also has main tram links. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was clean and tidy.

Breakfast was disappointing (it was the same every day). There were very limited options. The menu was repeated daily.

the breakfast options seemed stuck in a time warp they never changed. bread rolls tasted stale each morning a culinary deja vu i could have lived without. staff interactions felt a bit like dealing with robots no smiles just efficiency. the receptionist i encountered seemed allergic to giving change for the coffee machine citing some obscure breakfast-opening rule. the reception area often resembled a post-apocalyptic landscape in the evenings a bit off-putting after a long day

the hotel's location near transport links was convenient for getting around.

the room was quite small and lacked sufficient storage space i had to leave my suitcase on the floor throughout my stay the air conditioning was also ineffective it barely cooled the room i found it difficult to sleep comfortably.
